Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

These Terms of Service govern services provided by SMK Productions, LLC, including event production, audio-visual support, live streaming, video production, and related creative and technical services. By engaging us, the client acknowledges that timelines and outcomes may vary based on venue conditions, third-party providers, and project complexity.

2. Project Timelines and Execution

SMK Productions, LLC performs work according to approved project scopes and schedules. The client agrees to provide required materials, approvals, venue access, and timely communication. Delays caused by missing approvals, inaccessible venues, or scope changes may extend delivery timelines.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

Client agrees to pay SMK Productions, LLC according to the pricing and payment schedule in the applicable proposal or service agreement. Costs charged by venues, equipment vendors, or other third parties are separate unless explicitly included. Late or unpaid balances may result in a pause of services.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives rights to final deliverables as defined in the agreement. SMK Productions, LLC retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, and internal production methods. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may reference completed work in our portfolio.

5. Cancellations and Termination

Either party may terminate services in writing, subject to the terms in the governing agreement. SMK Productions, LLC will invoice for work completed, committed vendor costs, and approved non-cancelable expenses up to the termination date.
